Contest Rules

Anyone, in any country is eligble to be entered into this contest, as long as you are a customer of Quality Living Products.

Dates of Contest: The contest will begin and end on or about Monday, March 1 – Wednesday, June 30, 2010 A winner will be chosen from all custumers who purchase product during this period and retained their original purchases.
- On August 30, 2010 Quality Living Products will randomly choose one of the entries and award them with the $500 prize. The winner will be notified by e-mail regarding their win.
- Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or stated on-air, no person will be entitled to receive any prize until after their eligibility has been confirmed by Quality Living Products.

Winners are responsible for paying all applicable local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the value of the prize, as set forth in the contest rules.

The prize is awarded in the form of a Money Order in US funds and will have to be cashed in by the winner.

The odds of winning will depend upon number of entries received. Multiple purchases by 1 contestant will increase their odds through additional draw entries.

No employee or family member of Quality Living Products is eligible to play.

Quality Living Products reserves the right to: (i) terminate or declare any Contest null and void and rescind any prize, if in its sole judgment, the rules or the integrity of the Contest have been violated or compromised in any way, intentionally or unintentionally by any person whether or not a participant in the Contest; (ii) alter or amend these Contest rules at any time; and (iii) stop or conclude the Contest at any time without prior notice.
